Return Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your Ameshop order, we offer a full refund within 30 days of receipt. We kindly ask you to also meet the following conditions:

Personalized products are made just for you, for this reason they are not returnable, these items can only be returned to us if there is a manufacturing defect, in this case you should contact our customer service team.

Any additional surcharge such as shipping fee are non-refundable.

The product cannot be worn, used, washed, altered, or opened

Apparel must be returned with all original tags

Accessories have all parts of the original packaging.

Return fee: $9.99
Please note that if a product is returned to us that is outside of our policy and was not accepted for return, it will be donated or discarded. We are unable to send products back to you once it has been received by our warehouse. Refunds will not be granted for returns outside of the Policy.

Refund process
Once we receive your return, it usually takes us 2-3 business days to process it and issue a refund. We’ll email you to let you know when we’ve initiated the refund, but it may take additional time for your account to reflect the funds:
Credit/debit cards, and PayPal: Up to 14 additional business days
Shipping
Method: Standard – Shipping time - 3 to 6 Business days
Personalized products: Shipping time – 4 to 7 Business days
*Shipping times may vary during high-volume order periods
Please consider that the shipping address must be within the US territory.
Order Tips and Considerations
In case the courier cannot deliver your order and it returns to our warehouse, there will be the option of a second delivery attempt with an additional cost. (USPS Standard shipping $9.99)

If your order has not shipped after three business days or was cancelled, you will receive an email notifying you. Some reasons for the delay or cancellation could include the following:
• We are experiencing higher order volume during this time
• Item(s) in your order may be out of stock due to high demand
• Shipping address with some missing information
• A payment issue may have occurred while placing the order
How can I cancel my order?
Double check your product(s) and the total amount in your shopping bag before you complete your order—we’re unable to modify or make edits once it’s been placed.
If you’d like to cancel, you’ll need to reach out our customer service team to check the order status, in case the order is ready to be shipped, we won´t be able to cancel it.
